Every time Adam hits another milestone it is hard for me to believe and makes me a little sad that he is becoming a little boy. By 13 months he was off the bottle, formula, and baby food. He pretty much did it all on his own now if only he would get a tooth. The doctor is not worried so I am not going to be either. He is also wanting to use a fork…
He was standing in the tub and getting his hands wet and them attempting to wash himself off…he seems so young to be becoming so independent. He is also helping get himself dressed and undressed and is always trying to put his own shoes on.
I am sick once again…I am so tired of getting so sick and I understand that daycare has a lot to do with it but it just seems excessive to me. I am going to a new doctor on Friday in the hopes that I can healthy again.
Last weekend we sanded and stained our mantel to a lighter color and I am going to be dying the grout to a light gray instead of the awful black color it is now.

The new mantle looks good! It does blend a little bit with the brick, but I don't think it blends too much. Cut ring-around-the-mouth Adam has there :) He's getting too big too fast. I need to figure out when I can make it out to see you guys again.
Yeah he would rather feed himself so we just strip him and let him do his thing. We would love for you to come out again :)
I can't believe Adam is doing all those things already. We just saw him a few weeks ago and he is already doing new things. He is growing up too fast. Your mantle looks good but I think it will look different when you change the grout.
