I realized I was WAY behind on posting events so I am going to catch up.
In the middle of Oct. we went to the pumpkin patch with Leevi’s family and the boys had a great time.

It’s kind of hard to believe that he is almost 2 1/2 and he is growing so much everyday.
- Tonight I bought him a hat and gloves for the snow. For some reason he has decided that he wants to pick the grass with his gloves.
- When he wakes up in the middle of the night he wants his daddy or Julie (they are my family here and love them to pieces…so glad that Adam loves them too.)
- He hates going to bed
- He likes the bumble bee song
- He likes talking to Nana and Papa on webcam…I think he thinks they live in the computer.
- One night we were trying to figure out what he was saying and guessed that he was saying treat and he said yeah a treat…it was obvious that he was not thinking about that but we gave him a great idea.
- He loves playing with his cousins
- He loves his kitties and puppy. He always wants to let Sierra out and let her back in
- He is very independent and likes to attempt putting his clothes and shoes on, getting into the car, taking a shower, and picking out his own clothes.
- He loves juice and fruit of any kind.
- He is ALL boy!!!
- When he gets up in the morning he likes to cuddle which I love
- He is the worst person to sleep in your bed since he likes to sleep sideways and kick
- He loves to be outside and play on his bike or scooter
- He can almost count to 10 and can get his ABCs up to G. He knows most shapes and we are still working on colors.
- He likes helping me clean and cook
- He likes to repeat anything you say or in trying to have a conversation with you he will repeat the same thought over and over.
- He is stubborn
- He likes to play hide and seek with Leevi but does not understand the concept so always tells Leevi where is hiding and then wants Leevi to hide there next.
So this was mainly for me because I wanted to remember these things and keep forgetting to write them down but I hope you guys enjoy it as well.
I started a photography class this past week with a friend from work. I am super excited to learn all the functions of my camera and see where I can go with it. Our first assignment was to use the “A” mode which allows you to change the aperture while everything else is preset. This allows you to isolate an image and have the foreground or background blurry.
I am really behind on my posting so this will probably be long.
Over Labor Day Adam and I went camping with Leevi’s family down in Colorado Springs.
We went to the Colorado Springs Zoo which was a lot of fun for the boys. You could feed the giraffes.
This wolf saw us on the other side of the glass and started growling and lunging at the glass.
This was the view from the zoo down into Colorado Springs.
Then we went to the North Pole which is a amusement park for kids with a Christmas theme. Adam and his cousin Jarrod rode just about every ride they could. Brennan finally was enjoying himself at the end.
We also took the boys swimming at the RV park we were staying at and tried to relax as much as we could considering we had 3 boys age 5 and under :)
Adam has been out of his crib since he was about 18 months but I just finished decorating it last month.
Still need something for this wall…
My parents came out for a week and my Grandma also came out for a visit while they were here.
We walked around the shops downtown while the guys went and drank beer.
Then headed to my in-laws for dinner and the little ones played in the pool.
We went to the park…
We went to the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens…
Papa and Nana bought him a pool for our house. He loves using the measuring cup to throw water every where.
They took Adam to a parade…
Watched the Thunderbirds from our back deck
Went to the Children’s Village
Went to Frontier Days and watch the Indian dancing demonstration. Adam also got a pair of cowboy boots or cow boots as he calls them.
We went on a hike with Daffney in Vedauwoo
We went to the pancake breakfast
Adam in Vedauwoo
We also went the The Farm in Fort Collins the last day. Adam got to ride a pony and feed the sheep and goats. Once I upload those pictures I will share them. We had a wonderful visit with everyone and so happy that my Grandma was able to make the trip out here.
